Dancing Sun Multimedia – a Brief History

Dancing Sun Multimedia and its creative director Paul Krause has been producing videos since 2000. The first were wedding videos for several friends. After that, Krause expanded his offering to include non-profit and for-profit organizations. Clients included the Northfield Arts Guild, Central Lutheran Church, Laura Baker Services and the Home Center. In 2000, Krause and Dennis Wilcox created the Northfield Community Video Project. The project produced 13 short videos which can be accessed on this site. Since 2001, Krause has produced four long-form (1 hour) films including Harvest: The Creation of Ray Jacobson’s Sculpture; Genesis: the Artistry of Fred Somers; Rain on Mars: Northfield High School Sculpture; and most recently, Valley Grove: A Living Tapestry. In addition, Krause has created several music videos for himself and for his wife Barbara.
